**Bid Coordinator**

**Salary up to £34,000 plus benefits (circa £39,000 pa)**

**Manchester or Liverpool Office**

Our client is a global company providing technical services to some of the largest UK’s & worldwide engineering projects. The purpose of this role is to support the businesses UK North locations to develop winning bids.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Bid co-ordination -Facilitating content development, authoring, reviewing, and consolidating proposals and submission
- You will work closely with our business leaders, bid directors and managers to develop high quality bid content and submissions.
- The role requires regular communication and collaboration with Bid teams across the UK
- Drafting and edit text produced by others, working with bid team members to develop robust answer plans and to review draft responses.
- Writing, reviewing, editing and proof-reading specific elements of submissions, working both independently as well as collaboratively to achieve high-scoring responses to bid questions.
- Assisting the Bid Manager in developing and managing the bid programme. Initiating and participating in in-progress bid reviews, taking on post-review actions to strengthen submissions prior to issue.
- Experience of bid coordination, bid writing and proof-reading
- Experience of undertaking research to gather and summarise information relevant to opportunity assessment and the development of high-quality submissions
- Experience of playing a central role within bid teams and of working collaboratively with others under pressure
