**Customer Service Advisor**
**6 month FTC with potential permanent opportunity**
**Studley**
**£24,500 salary**
**Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
25 days holiday + bank holidays**Duties**:
- Registering new customers into the system and updating information where required
- Processing customer orders and invoices, ensuring all are processed correctly
- Creating customer account statements
- Credit control duties - chasing debt in pounds and euros
- Keeping regular contact with customers, maintaining relationships
- Processing supplier invoices and cross-checking information
- Completing monthly reports
**Requirements**:
- Customer Service / Administration experience is essential
- Credit Control / Debt Collection experience would be very advantageous
- Computer literate - use os Microsoft Office Softwares, specifically Excel
- Excellent communication skills - verbally and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and strong attention to detail
