Job Title: Customer Service AdvisorLocation: UK (Office-Based)Salary: Competitive + BenefitsContract Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the Role:We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing, fast-paced business within the supply chain and reusable packaging sector. This role sits within the Customer Service Team and plays a key part in delivering an efficient, accurate and supportive service to a wide range of customers across logistics, retail, transport and production.As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, updating customer accounts and ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and provide a seamless customer experience.This is an ideal role for someone who is organised, proactive, detail-focused and enjoys working in a busy environment where no two days are the same.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support & CommunicationAct as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and emailHandle queries professionally, ensuring quick and accurate responsesLog, investigate and resolve customer complaints or issuesProvide product, service and account information to customersOrder & Account ManagementProcess customer orders and updates through internal systems (SAP experience desirable)Support customer onboarding and account creation, including documentation and checksMaintain accurate account records, permissions and pricing informationAssist with blocked order management by reviewing outstanding payments or creditsAdministrative DutiesComplete all administrative tasks required to support customer activityEnsure accurate completion of forms, transaction details and internal documentationSupport supplier-to-retailer transactions, resolving discrepancies or queriesCarry out general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operationsReporting & Data SupportPrepare basic Excel reports and summaries for customer activityAssist with data analysis to support customer or internal queriesMaintain and update internal tools and spreadsheetsCandidate Profile:Previous experience in customer service or administrative rolesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalConfident using Microsoft Office, especially ExcelSAP or logistics/supply chain experience (desirable, not essential)Highly organised with strong attention to detailAble to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple tasksCustomer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving approachWhat Our Client Offers:Competitive salaryMonday–Friday working hours25 days holiday + additional benefits (varies by employer)Pension schemePrivate medical and life assurance options (where applicable)Employee discounts and wellbeing support programmesA supportive and collaborative team environmentHow to Apply:If you’re a motivated Customer Service Advisor looking for a busy, varied role in a supportive and growing organisation, we’d love to hear from you.About Us:We are a recruitment agency specialising in commercial, operational, and customer-focused roles across the UK.
