Our client is a leading and privately-owned letting agency based in West Bridgford, Nottingham.

Having grown rapidly in recent years they are now looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their energetic and dynamic team. This multi faceted role would suit someone who is able to work in a fast paced and results driven environment.

If you are looking for variation and have a keen interest in the property industry this is the role for you. They offer exciting opportunities to progress for those who have the right attitude and work ethic.

Experience of prospecting and recruiting new business would be advantageous but not vital.

Key responsibilities include:

- Meet and greet visitors at the office and on viewings.
- Handle inbound / outbound telephone calls.
- Qualify new tenant applicants.
- Arrange and carry out viewings.
- Provide regular feedback to tenants and landlords.
- Negotiate new tenancies and progress through to move-in.
- Obtain regular client feedback and testimonials.
- Prospect for new clients on a regular basis.
- Manage own diary and workload.

Requirements of the individual:

- Strong and confident communicator with good customer service skills.
- Ambition to build relationships and win new business.
- Previous sales experience (preferable but not essential)
- Self motivated and well organised.
- Able to perform well under pressure.
- Well presented.
- Ambitious, 'can do' attitude.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Previous experience within a lettings / property based role.
- Experience dealing with clients face to face.

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- West Bridgford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- estate agency or lettings: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
