**Job Description**:
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Parts Direct Administrator to join us, based at our office in Cannock, Staffordshire.
As a Parts Direct Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Parts Direct Sales Advisors who are in customer facing roles. We are currently seeing a record number of customer queries following a year of successful sales. We are now looking to grow this established department to ensure we maintain our well-known high level of customer satisfaction. This role will be offered on an initial fixed term basis, with the potential to turn permanent for the right person.

Main Duties:
- Dealing with customer disputes and liaising with the Parts Sales Advisors- Checking that all backorder parts are flowing correctly through the system and chased up accordingly using the correct process.-
- Liaising between Finning and couriers, tracking deliveries.
Specific Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills- Good communication and customer service skills- Excellent PC skills coupled with the ability to learn new systems- Knowledge and appreciation of the sales process (desirable)
