We're looking for a motivated and community-minded individual to support the delivery and growth of our volunteer services. Working closely with the Volunteer Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining meaningful opportunities for individuals to contribute to a wide range of policing activities that support our force’s vision.

This is a fixed-term role with a duration of 12 months starting from the date of appointment.

In this role, you will:

- Engage with existing and prospective volunteers at a local level, helping foster a positive and supportive environment.
- Provide essential administrative support across all strands of volunteer work.
- Offer flexible availability, including occasional evening and weekend hours, to meet the demands of the role.

You’ll report directly to the Volunteer Co-ordinator and be instrumental in building strong connections between our volunteers and the communities they serve.

This role operates Monday to Friday, between 08:30 and 16:30. Some flexibility is required, as occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet operational needs.

While the position is primarily based at Force Headquarters in Nettleham, you will also be expected to travel across the county and work from other police stations as needed to support volunteers and managers.

Pay: £25,626.00-£28,653.00 per year
