**Business Assistant—Ecommerce**

**About the job**

We are looking for E-com Business Assistant reporting to E-Com Channel manager of TP-Link UK Ltd. You will be part of sales team to assess the sales functions, objectives and help to managing existing customer relationship, and with additional responsibilities added as our Business continues to expand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the launch of new products on Ecom platform, Amazon and Shopify, including update product information, product images, and the whole webpage beauty design.
- Research competitor information. Maintain and optimize existing product webpage information.
- Coordinate with agency (AMZ DSP Agency, Google Ads Agency, Tiktok Ads Agency, and etc) to deliver the best-in-class content and design with a balance between business results and brand presence.
- Assist with the generation of keyword and search term reports, and complete keyword optimization for sponsored ads, product listing organic index for Amazon and Shopify.
- Handle customer enquiries and queries, providing timely and accurate response and customer service;
- Analyse sales and operational data of the brand store, and complete monthly data reports
- Resolving issues with Seller and Vendor Accounts.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- At least Bachelor’s degree in any disciplinary;
- Ability to work cross-culturally and adapt to different working practices and principles;
- Ability to understand the needs of business to business environment;
- Ability to liaise closely with partners and other departments and cope well under the pressure of tight deadlines on numerous projects;
- Business and market analysis skills, have good sense of numbers;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Preferable Ecom working experience;
- Preferable photoshop skills.
