**OVERVIEW**

V Selective are recruiting on behalf of our long standing clienta well established award winning training provider with exciting growth plansThey currently have an exciting new vacancy for a Learner Engagement / Recruitment Team Leader to join their team

The role will invole line managing, coaching and supporting a team of Learner Engagement Officers to identify potential learners through proactive community and stakeholder engagement, promoting the company and the services delivered to engage individuals to enrol onto the programmes.

THE ROLE:

- Line manage and support a team of Learner Engagement Officers ensuring that channels of communication within the company are maintained ensuring the fast flow of information
- Motivate and monitor team members to ensure all performance targets are met.
- Monitor quality of service received from all stakeholders and implement arrangements for continuous improvement
- Monitor performance against contractual and Company targets and support improvement plans to exceed targets.
- Creation of learner referrals network to include all local stakeholders
- Promotion of services to all relevant stakeholders
- Interview all potential learners
- Create and maintain learner and stakeholder databases
- Maintain regular contact with learners and local stakeholders
- Achieve monthly start, placement and progression targets as per delivery profiles
- Support learners to secure work experience placements and manage customer attendance on work placements.
- Conduct work placement risk assessment
- Attendance at all relevant networking meetings
- Accurate completion of recruitment paper work as the initial part of the funding administration process
- Liaise and communicate with other team members to ensure learner progress
- Registering new learners, managing online advertising, and updating the vacancy management system
- Development/maintenance of relationship with employers to ensure learner progress
- Act as the local Safeguarding Representative, ensure company procedures are adhered to

REQUIRED SKILLS / KNOWLEGE / EXPERIENCE:

- A proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
- Experience of leading, managing and motivating a recruitment team.
- Determination and drive to achieve company targets.
- Self-motivated and able to cope under pressure.
- Excellent communicational skills.
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office and social media).
- Ability to build effective working relationships with key referral partners.
- Driving licence and own transport.
- Recruitment experience within the further education sector (desirable).
- Knowledge of a wide range of government funded programmes (desirable).
- Good relations within the further education sector (desirable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
