**The Company**
Due to continued growth and success, this international law firmhas an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Manager to join them. This award-winning firm is known for being welcoming and supportive of their employees - business services and lawyers / traineesalike. Known for being international legal experts in sectors such as digital business, energy, financial services, life sciences, real estate, retail and more, they have represented many household names. Having also won an award for Best Law Firm for LegalTech, we are now delighted to support the recruitment of a Solutions Manager to work with clients, meeting their needs from the legal technology platforms, whilst also bringing innovative ideas for the delivery of new and existing services.

**Key Responsibilities** of the Solutions Manager
- Lead and support on delivery of client facing work within the team
- Lead and participate on calls with external clients and internal team members to understand and define requirements
- Oversee and manage the delivery of solutions to client and internal teams enabling the adoption of the solutions
- Manage and contribute to the build of the resulting solutions through configuration of the platform, using coding tools, and the development of automated documents for client and internal use
- Ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and planning/managing a roadmap of iterative changes and improvements to the solutions
- Maintenance of solutions: Responsibility for the ongoing management of sites in operation, and leading role in the client relationship and its growth

**Skills & Attributes** of the Solutions Manager
- Proven experience of working with workflow and automation technology
- Evidence of picking up new technologies and becoming an expert in them
- Experienced in meaningful stakeholder engagement
- Comfortable engaging with people and leading client facing conversations
- Be curious, creative and have a desire to change things for the better
- Be invested in delivering a high-quality client experience
