Our team possesses deep expertise in leading digital transformation, enterprise data analytic and AI, Data science and advanced analytics and building end to end digital.Technical Cloud Advisory ManagerZS's Technology Advisory Group ensures our future information, technology and architectural landscape is built to plan and evolve as our business grows, striving to balance future-proofing our end-to-end technology stack while accelerating the speed of innovation and streamlining the delivery of business capability. This role will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of our Technology Advisory Practice within the ZS Technology Services business.The successful candidate will work closely with ZS practice leadership and be responsible for evolving our practice, enriching our practice assets and collaterals, building, and managing client relationships, generating new business engagements, and providing thought leadership in the Technology and Architecture Area. This role will report to the Executive Director(s) and co-lead and co-share responsibilities with the Senior Director(s) in the practice.What You’ll DoCollaboration with the local ZS leadership to establish & expand the practice in EuropeBuilding and managing a team in EU and enable seamless ways of working with offshore India teamDelivering high-quality architecture services aligned with regional nuances of data standards, regulations & client specific IT standardsDrive technical architecture and design discussions with internal and client groups to brainstorm and finalize technology solutionsProviding excellent support to client leadership and participating in business development activities; developing client proposals and high impact client presentationsDesign robust and scalable solutions consistent with ZS and industry practices; take advantage of the existing assets and maintaining a balance between architecture requirements and specific client needsCollaborate with the Architecture & Engineering expertise centre leadership to define technology roadmap and work with delivery team to put together a plan for technical implementation with and stay on trackStay current on latest technology trends and architecture patterns, and lead the effort to develop ZS POV for strategic decision-makingAdvance ZS’ technology offerings by innovating and scaling tech assets, driving feasibility analysis to select technologies/platforms that provide the best solutionGroom junior team members and maintain a culture of rapid learning and explorations to drive innovations / POCs on emerging technologies and architecture patternsExecuting projects in CxO Advisory, Industry Sensing & Trendspotting, and Value-Driven Technology InvestmentsWhat You’ll BringBachelor's degree with specialization in Computer Science, IT or other computer related disciplines8+ years of relevant experience in designing semantic architecture at an enterprise-scaleFluency in one or more business language in Europe (UK English mandatory)Cultural adaptability to build trusted & enduring relationships with client stakeholdersStrong engineering mindset to build highly available and robust architecture frameworks, technology solutions and reusable assetsStrong background in Tech strategy, digital architecture and cloud advisory servicesProven track record in participating in business development activities driving and creating high impactful proposal presentationsExcellent communication skills, leadership skills and team management skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of the EU specific data standards & the regulatory compliance requirements relevant to life-sciences domainExperience with service offerings such as Digital Modernization Strategy, Platform, Data, and Analytics Architecture Strategy, and Tech Performance Optimization and Simplification, cloud strategy, IT transformation, and application portfolio assessment.Experience in identifying right product, utilities and tools from the market and build quick POVs for implementation/adoptionExperience in scaling technology solutions aimed at solving complex business problems using semantic technologies preferably Knowledge Graphs and Ontology EngineeringKnowledge of all phases of solution development for large-scale solutions and experience working in agile teams with short release cyclesStrong technical team leadership, mentorship and collaborationPerks & Benefits:ZS offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health and well-being, financial planning, annual leave, personal growth and professional development.
