**Role**: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

**Location**: Reading

**Package**: £20K-23K Basic Salary - £45K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2 and £60K Year 3

This company is a fast-growing Recruitment Agency formed in 2010 and are experts in senior level private equity and finance recruitment. Their commission scheme goes all the way up to 50% and they even have an in-house Learning and Development Manager tomake sure your training is unique to your situation. Whether you’re training to be a better Consultant, a Manager or even a Director, they will help you get there. After doubling their revenue over the past 12 months they are now looking for ambitious Graduatesto join their award winning team.

**The Role**:

- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Account Management
- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Networking
- Negotiating
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies

- 2:1 at Degree Level or 2 Years Sales Experience
