Recruitment Consultant

**Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K Year 2) (£70K Year 3)**

Our client is one of the UK's leading tech recruitment agencies who focus on the European market They are looking to add to to their team in the Reading office. They will provide a structured 12 week training plan, giving you the platform for a successfulcareer in recruitment. From here, you will be aligned with a team and provided ongoing coaching and development as you grow in the business

**The Role**:

- Deliver excellent service for our clients and build strong relationships
- 90% of their business is repeat business
- Process management: Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle from first contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing and post-placement follow up
- Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news
- Hitting daily targets and KPI's

**Requirements**:

- Recent degree from university or 6 months sales experience.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
