**We have an exciting opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team. This role is a based in our Hospital site in Central London (W1G 6BW). We are also offering a competitive salary of up to £25000 per annum plus a fantastic arrayof benefits.**

**Job Profile**

As a Demi Chef de Partie you are responsible for supporting the Chef de Partie in delivering consistently high-quality food, monitoring stock rotation and ordering to ensure that items not meeting these standards are not accepted or served.

To prepare and make simple food and to demonstrate and help maintain high levels of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our members.
- **Job Type**: This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week.

**Key Duties**
- Monitor daily food preparation, product quality and duties assigned by senior chefs to meet the standard and the quality set.
- Coordinates daily tasks with the Chef de Parties
- Take guidance from senior chefs to estimate the daily production needs to ensure food waste is kept to a minimum.
- Awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards and seek out guidance when unsure if you notice any change.

**Skills & Experience**
- 2 years experience as Commis Chef, or 3 years experience at apprentice level.
- Hotel or large scale catering background
- Level 2 food hygiene qualification or higher
- Strong English skills
