Our early years programmes include our graduate programmes, industrial placements, apprenticeships as well as scholarship programmes and work experience.

**About You**:
This role is perfect for someone that has a background in supporting early careers/graduate programmes.

Minimum Criteria
- Experience of supporting graduate/early careers programmes, ranging from organising recruitment campaigns, conducting interviews, planning and running assessment centres, and attending recruitment events
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience of project management
- Demonstrable passion for the ever-changing early careers landscape
- Passion for research and using this to make recommendations for change

Desirable Criteria
- Experience working within a HR team
- Working knowledge of the apprenticeship levy processes
- Experience of working with an Applicant Tracking System
