**Key Responsibilities**

We are looking for a Head of Human Resources to join our team due to an internal promotion In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a future focused talent strategy that ensures we have the right skills at the right time and in the right place. You will be implementing and evolving the people agenda within Kier Places and considering the commercial impact of decisions. In addition you will manage, inspire, motivate, mentor and develop the Kier Places Operations HR team and will be accountable for all Employee Relations activity within the business, escalating where required and identifying trends and solutions to prevent future occurrence.

**What are we looking for?**

You will need a wealth of experience within people management activities including TUPE, change management, employee engagement, talent & succession, early careers, and Diversity & Inclusion. You must have the ability to roll your sleeves up, be pragmatic when needed and balance the operational with the strategic agenda. In addition you will need proven experience delivering and driving business wide people initiatives, as well as being able to create and deliver engaging and relevant solutions across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
