Your role is to ensure stores on the retail development programme have no remaining maintenance issues at project completion. Review data to enable the client to make informed decisions when investing in asset replacement during refresh projects. Enable efficient, effective, and timely delivery by coordinating across teams and supply chain partners, while keeping the customer informed throughout

**Leadership & People Development**
- Being available, visible, and assertive yet respectful when dealing with all stakeholders

- Providing regular and structured feedback to colleagues to drive individual and team growth

**Operational Excellence**
- Review available data sources to enable decisions that create a positive outcome and customer experience
- Triage jobs to ascertain criticality and set priorities
- Highlight historic trends to show investment opportunities and avoid the reoccurrence of long term issues
- Understand and support the collation and utilisation of asset information
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the client’s team structure
- Manage escalations and high-priority jobs
- Provide updates and manage client expectations
- Review job history, identify trends, and initiate improvements
- Understand and utilise the prompts within the Concerto CAFM system

**What does it take?**

- Ideally experienced in facilities management, service operations, or delivery coordination
- Understanding of a job lifecycle and SLA management
- Strong organisational and stakeholder skills
- Adherence to processes and procedures
- Understanding how to manage client relationships
- Commercial acumen
- Inquisitive and analytical
- Ownership mindset and client-focused
- Problem solver and decision maker
- Composed and communicative under pressure Ability to provide clear direction
