**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their luggage as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in public areas, ensuring a tidy environment.
- Assist with the delivery of messages, packages, and other items to guests.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experience.
- To ensure the safety and security of hotel and guests.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for visitors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
