Our client is a well-funded UK tech company servicing a global client base. Their AI enabled SaaS platform empowers brands to discover authentic consumer stories, manage the digital rights to that content and to distribute the most impactful media to marketingchannels and ecommerce.
They are looking for a solutions architect to work with them as soon as possible
The role includes:

- Technical resource planning for pre-sales and existing clients.
- Providing knowledge and assistance during the sales process for integration projects.
- Support and technical training for Account Management teams.
- Managing ongoing support for existing client projects. Identifying and developing new integration opportunities.
- Identifying and helping to develop new features on the internal platform.

The environment is a hybrid, cloud based SaaS setup, running PHP, MySQL, Redis, and ElasticSearch on the backend. The frontend is JavaScript ( TypeScript ), Angular, and CSS ( SCSS ).
Ideally you will have experience either in a solutions architect role, or in a technical sales role ideally selling software-based products into large enterprise companies or in one of the following sectors - eCommerce, Publishing, Telco, AdTech or MarTech.
The role is a balance between technical and business acumen, so they like the idea of someone being a go getter and is entrepreneurial.
They work a hybrid model and are based in a fantastic Waterloo.
Good Salary+ plus potential bonus scheme.
Ideally you will have:

- Technical skills, and experience of API's and integration
- Proven track record in over achievement of targets, while delivering excellent client satisfaction.
- Highly technically literate with a deep understanding of today's web-based technologies and technical environments.
- Have strong communication skills, to understand how to bridge the gap between business and technology
