We have recently registered a fascinating and unique position working within an innovative organisation who are at the forefront of developing new technology in their field.

Working closely with their Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be joining a close-knit recruitment team who acquire talent across technical and non-specialist areas. Your focus will be to facilitate the process of recruiting staff through interview booking,administrative coordination and careful diary management.

This post will be required for the next few months, and potentially up to a year.

**Temporary Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities**

As the Temporary Recruitment Administrator some of your duties will include:

- Ensuring the recruitment spreadsheet is updated in real time
- Advertise vacancies on our recruitment platform
- Ensure recruitment requisition forms are completed and signed by the relevant managers
- Maintain excel spreadsheets that assist the team to coordinate their processes and collect data
- Ensure data is retained in line with GDPR policies

**Temporary Recruitment Administrator Requirements**
- Strong IT skills, including Teams, OneDrive and Excel
- Be able to hit the ground running
- Strong team collaboration skills, as well as able to take responsibility for own workload
- Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Strong administrative skillset
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, energetic with the ability to take initiative
- Understanding of an applicant tracking system or similar database (Desirable)

**Location**

Our client is based near Didcot (OX11). There is free parking available onsite.
