**Sales Administrator, Christchurch, £25,000, Hybrid working**

**The purpose of this role**

As Sales Administrator this new opportunity sits within an integral part of the business, assisting in the **coordination of sales orders** and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

As Sales Administrator **you will be responsible for**:

- **Researching and monitoring leads**, ensuring contact is made with all of them and they are correctly logged into the **CRM system**:

- **Liaising with vendors**, updating them regularly and providing accurate quotes
- **Processing invoices** and chasing any payments overdue as and when required
- **Monitoring the phones and inbox**, dealing with all enquiries, and escalating them to the appropriate individual or team
- Ensuring all data is clean and in line with **ISO policies**

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous **Administration experience**:

- Excellent communication skills and **high attention to detail**:

- **Desirable**experience or understanding of bookkeeping
