Salt is supporting one of the UK's leading brands as they look for a Head of Product to lead one of their Tribes tasked with solving problems for brands that sit within their 3rd party marketplace.

The Head of Product will lead multiple cross-functional squads and provide the vision and strategy around how to shape one of the biggest propositions in the business over the next 18 months. You'll partner closely with other Product leaders across the businessand develop and coach the product team as the business continues its journey to being a tech-first, product-led unit.

The Head of Product Management will play a defining role in aligning leadership OKRs, putting in place the right KPIs, helping the existing Product team to move the right metrics and focus on outcome-driven, customer-centric product development.

Here are a few things they're looking for in a Product Leader:

- A preference for understanding complex challenges in a retail/ e-commerce environment.
- Proven leadership skills, you will have coached, mentored and managed other Product Managers.
- You will have the toolkit to put in place frameworks that help teams align on the right outcomes.
- You can think commercially and manage senior stakeholder expectations.
- You're passionate about supporting career development and building/ shaping a product org.
- Experience shaping solutions for third party brands would be a big plus. Colleague tools, fulfilment, supply chain etc.

As part of the interview process, you'll speak with the CPO, other Heads of Product and counterparts across tech and design, gaining a strong understanding of the challenges across the Product org at this point in time.
