EAC Consulting Group are representing a new opportunity for a clients growing Lettings Department for a Property Manager, Property Management experience would be ideal but isn’t a must, as the client is prepared to offer full training and development

This client has an excellent culture and has a really supportive and inclusive team, this role is ideal for someone that is organised, structured, and has excellent communication skills.

The successful Property Manager will be working within the businesses Property Management Department liaising with landlords, tenants, coordinating maintenance and drawing up tenancy information and documentation.

Salary of £23,500 - £26,000 dependent on experience

**Duties**
- Working to maintenance deadlines
- Speaking with tenants taking maintenance enquiries
- Arranging any required maintenance with our contractors & landlords
- Arranging regulatory certifications ensuring they do not expire
- Complaint handling
- System housekeeping
- Assisting our lettings team in booking viewings, registering applicants and arranging valuation appointments.

**The Ideal Property Manager**
- Property Management experience would be an advantage, but not a must
- Strong administration capabilities and experience
- Excellent customer service
- Personable and positive nature

**Hours**

Monday to Friday 9 am - 6pm

There might be the occasional Saturday, however you will only ever work 5 days per week, so would get a day off in the week if this occurs
