This is a fantastic opportunity for a well-organised and proactive Property Manager to join a highly regarded and independent lettings agency in Milton Keynes. The role is part-time and ideally suited to someone looking for flexibility while continuing their property career.

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, handling maintenance, compliance, renewals, inspections, and tenancy relations. This is a role for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding service and can manage their workload with minimal supervision.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Handling repairs, maintenance, and contractor coordination
• Carrying out property inspections and producing reports
• Managing tenancy renewals, deposit disputes, and compliance
• Building relationships with landlords and tenants
• Keeping up to date with lettings legislation and best practice 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential property management (essential)
• Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• ARLA qualification (desirable, not essential)
• Computer literate with good admin skills
• Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
• Knowledge of Milton Keynes and surrounding areas (preferred)
