**Role Summary**:
This post provides high quality, confidential, international adviser support to the international team, in country agents and a large pipeline of international nurses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify any obstacles/issues and manage these effectively with support from the team.

**About you**:

- You'll have extensive experience of working in administrative support role and an understanding of international recruitment processes.
- You should be able to demonstrate experience of large scale recruitment.
- You are a confident communicator with excellent telephone manner.
- Personal drive for high work standards, excellence and attention to detail.
- Able to act as an ambassador for the team, both internally and externally.
- Able to work with unflappable ease in a pressured environment.
