This is for growing leisure business that have recently completed a successful acquisition.

Their culture is fast paced, energetic and fun.

They are highly commercial and have a strong team ethic. The Talent and HR team are out in the business, partnering with the leadership teams.

During the past 12 months they were fortunate to focus to large scale refurbishments and opening new sites.

They are now looking at recruiting an additional Recruitment Adviser who will be responsible for recruiting team members across their sites. This will also support the Recruitment Manager with recruitment events; manage their social media sites; report and research local and national recruitment trends.

Most of the role will be based at their head office but to be effective it will involve occasional travel to their sites.

This role will report into the Recruitment Partner and will also have exposure to other areas of talent management, and engagement. So ideal for those looking to widen their experience within Talent.

Ideally from a fast paced multi site operation. Will consider recruiters from agency ideally with experience in retail / hospitality / leisure.

In return there is a competitive salary, a bonus scheme based of roles filled of up to £100 per vacancy, benefits package and the opportunity to progress your career. A 35 hr week.
