A school for students with special educational needs (SEN) in Thame is looking for a recent graduate to work with their pupils and support them throughout the school day. The children range from 2 to 19 and may have autism, ADHD, down syndrome, developmentaldelay or complex/profound learning needs. You will therefore spend your day helping support each student and spark a love of learning in each of them.

You will be based in one class and work under the guidance of the friendly class teacher. You will help the students both 1:1 and in small groups and encourage both academic and personal growth. The school prioritise life skills just as much as education,so you will help equip each pupil with the skills and resilience needed to thrive in the future.

This SEN School in Thame is a fun and exciting place to work, where no two days are the same The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am until 3:30pm and you will earn £70 to £80 per day, depending on experience.
