**Administrator (Technical and Quality Team)**
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Main Duties**:
- General administrative duties such as filing, logging information in relevant databases, and assisting the Customer Services team with queries.
- Cross-referencing of incoming and manufactured products with specifications and alerting the Technical and Quality team of any discrepancies.
- Ensuring products and samples are made available and sent for appropriate analysis in line with the existing testing schedule.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Recent experience in an administrative role in a fast-paced environment. No experience in a manufacturing environment is necessary as training will be given.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - must be an effective communicator and confident on the phone / Teams with all levels of management.
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Math and English or equivalent.
- Possess excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and timely.
- Ability to work under pressure and with a positive attitude to flexible working.
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office programs
