As part of a friendly and knowledgeable team, you’ll play a key role in providing expert advice, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting customers, engineers, and distributors to keep operations running smoothly. Some of the Technical Advisor key responsibilities are:Provide technical guidance and support to customers, engineers, and distributorsLog, track, and manage cases to ensure quick and effective resolutionsReview technical drawings to identify parts and resolve queriesRemotely connect to machines to carry out fault finding and diagnosticsCollaborate with internal departments to share knowledge and improve processesMaintain accurate records of communications and outcomesDeliver outstanding customer service through clear and professional communicationSupport continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutionsYou’ll be naturally inquisitive with a strong technical mindset and the ability to translate complex information into clear advice. Ideally, you’ll come from an electrical background; perhaps you’ve worked in a customer support role within an electrical or engineering environment. You should be comfortable reading electrical drawings and carrying out fault finding, though full training will be provided for the right person. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, with a competitive salary depending on experience.
