Our Care Assistants, are the heart and soul of Home Instead. They go above and beyond for our clients, which is why we're so proud of them. **With minimum visit lengths of one hour, **our Care Assistants have time to chat and build strong bonds of trust with our clients.
**Job Description**:
Being part of the Home Instead family as a Care Assistant, you will provide tailored support to our lovely clients. This could be simple things such as home help, cooking and having a good old chat. It could also be things that our clients struggle to do on their own, such as bathing, helping our clients in and our of the bath/shower, brushing their hair and helping them get up in the morning/ go to bed at night.
We offer a range of contract options, from guaranteed hours, to zero hours if you would prefer to start with fewer visits, giving you the option to build up if you wish.

**Qualifications**:
Our only requirements are:
- Flexible and adaptable to our clients' needs
- Aged 18 or older
- ** A driving license & access to a reliable vehicle**:
- Availability every other weekend
