**Care Assistant Job Summary**

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in people’s lives? This **Care Assistant** role is all about providing **person-centred care** that respects the dignity, preferences, and independence of each resident.

Working under the guidance of a **Senior Carer or Nurse**, you’ll support individuals with their **daily living activities, rehabilitation, and emotional well-being**. Your role is key in helping them maintain their skills, personal interests, and connections with the community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing **high-quality care and support**, ensuring service users feel valued and comfortable.
- Encouraging independence while assisting with personal care, daily tasks, and social activities.
- Supporting service users with **rehabilitation and therapy goals** based on assessments and care plans.
- Communicating effectively with **families, nurses, and other healthcare professionals** to ensure the best care possible.
- Keeping accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in service users’ needs.
- Safeguarding the **health, safety, and well-being** of all individuals under your care.
- Maintaining a **warm, respectful, and dignified** approach at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
