They have a simple mission which is to create the refined, high quality and quite simply cool product, making them stand out as the best brand on the market.
From numerous collaborations, teaser campaigns, pop up stores & now making huge high street appearances this is a merchandiser role you're going to want.
As the Merchandiser you will:

- Directly report into the Head of Menswear
- Work closely, delegate and mentor other merchandisers on your team
- You'll work collaboratively with the design and product teams
- Manage and own the critical path, ensuring all points of production are being met in a timely manner for on time delivery
- You will get to know the supply base for their leadtimes, along with their capabilities to ensure newness is dropped at the and of the best quality
- You will be able to build clear plans and forecast continuity lines
- Monday trade is where you will highlight top line messages for the week
- With the support of your team you will action rebuys, utilise OTB and build messages for future seasons
- You will monitor and suggest actions for promo or actions around campaign pushes with the wider business
- You'll be able to manage stock at sub-category level and give departmental focus's on trade each week
- Have a sound understanding of WSSI management
- Forecasting, line cards and actualised sales
- You'll monitor bottom line margin with the costings being met via the production team
- You'll build seasonal strategy decks for the business
