**The role**

Here at boohoo we move fast. Our people work incredibly hard and we want to ensure they get back what they give. As People Assistant this is where you come in. You will play a key role in ensuring all our boohoo family members have a first-class employee experience from the moment they say yes to becoming part of the family. You'll support with managing our HR inbox and working closing with and support the People Advisor.

**Your team**

**What you'll be doing**
- Actioning all people changes on our People System - this could be anything from setting up new starters, actioning a promotion, to ensuring leavers details are inputted correctly.
- Manging our central People Inbox. They say variety is the spice of life and you’ll be the first point of contact for our family’s queries. Think holiday queries, questions about pay and suggestions as to how we can make our home an even better place to work.
- Drafting all letters for any changes to terms and conditions.
- Supporting our Learning and Development Team with induction content as required to give a warm welcome to our new family members.
- Working closely with our lovely Reward and Payroll Teams to make sure our family members pay and benefits are processed correctly each month (no pressure).
- Spending time with those who have decided to leave us to find out a bit more about where they are going and why.
- Supporting the Team with any engagement initiatives.
- Working closely with our People Advisors to support with employee relations (ER) casework, preparing case documentation, notetaking and maintaining accurate ER records.
- Helping out our lovely People Team with any ad hoc projects which may come our way (there’s always lots going on here).
