**The Successful Applicant will**
- Have the ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise and shift priorities quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Be able to identify risks and find resolutions to problems that may arise.
- Work collaboratively and foster a culture of safety consciousness.
- Proficient with MS office software (Word, Excel) and GDPR competent.
- Always remain professional.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**
- Prepare new project documentation packs.
- Prepare site drop letters.
- Complete onboarding competence checks for new operatives and for existing operatives who move sites and/or change duties.
- Monitor and action expiring site qualifications.
- Co-ordinate safety training.
- Issue certifications and update relevant systems and teams.
- Maintain accurate health and safety record systems.
- Be available to respond to department requests and enquiries.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
