**Job description**

Acolyte Security are now recruiting for Door Supervisors in the Blackburn and surrounding areas for several venues.

All applicants are required to:

- Have a good standard of personal presentation
- Have good customer service skills
- Have good communication skills ( written and verbal )
- Be polite and approachable
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times
- Aware and vigilant of surroundings
- Punctual and reliable
- Adhere to strict uniform standards
- Flexible towards work
- Hold a valid SIA Front line Licence
- Experience preferred but not necessary

All applicants must be able to provide a 5 year checkable history.

Duties will be:

- ID checks
- Meeting and Greeting customers
- Monitoring unusual activities, safety and welfare of customers.
- Working in line with premises licensing conditions
- Ejections of customers

All applicants must be able to work weekends.

The hours of work range from 10-30 depending on designated venue and their requirements.

Rate of pay ranges between £13-£14 per hour depending on role, experience and venue.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12.5 per week

**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- security: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- SIA Door Supervisor Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
