Real Estate Lawyer

Our client, one of the UK's leading law firms, is looking to recruit a Real Estate Lawyer to join their offices in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a national law firm who have a fantastic reputation for the legal advice they provideto their commercial clients.
**The Person**:
- You will ideally have around 4-5 years PQE previously working in a busy Real Estate team;
- Previous experience of advising clients on a wide variety of Real Estate matters including (but not limited to) the acquisition and disposal of commercial and business premises, landlord and tenant work and investment/developer projects;
- Excellent communication skills and be able to provide the highest level of client care to the clients of the firm; and
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills**.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing a mixed caseload of Real Estate matters on behalf of the clients of the firm from start to finish;
- Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of legal paperwork relating to the client's file;
- Working both independently and as part of a team to ensure that targets are met;
- Working closely with intermediaries and actively assisting with business development activities on behalf of the department; and
- Ensuring that the highest level of client care is achieved at all times.
