***About the Role** Our finance group is looking for additional finance lawyers to join its real estate finance team offering exposure to both conventional and Islamic finance. The team acts for a wide variety of domestic and international clients, including financiers (bothconventional and Shariah compliant), developers, real estate trusts and funds on all aspects of real estate investment financing and development financings and across all sectors including hotels, student accommodation, the private rented sector, offices,retail and logistics.

You will work with high profile clients, building upon our existing strong client base and develop successful relationships. The role will include drafting and negotiating the finance documentation and related conditions precedent and liaising with colleagueswith real estate, construction or tax expertise who will provide the due diligence and other support on those aspects.
