**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, representing clients in a professional and engaging manner.

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Maintain and update customer records with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve sales strategies.
