Car Park Attendant

**As a Parking Attendant you will be**:
Issuing parking charges to vehicles contravening the regulations of the car park
Using company provided equipment to carry out tasks.
Carrying out foot patrols on car parking areas at a busy site, in line with Health & Safety and the BPA (British Parking Association) code of conduct.
Assisting motorists with any general queries relating to the car park
Reviewing signage in the car park and providing feedback to head office
**As a Parking Attendant you will receive**:
Full PCS uniform and equipment
Continuous training to be a fully competent parking attendant
Company mobile phone
**Employee Requirements**:
**A comprehensive understanding of customer service (this is a prestigious client and a new contract with the same)**
**Must be able to follow direct instructions and willing to undertake site specific training**
**A full DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criminal record check (paid for by Parking Control Solutions)**
**A flexible approach in terms of working days and hours**
**A level of physical fitness - This position requires you to patrol a large amount of area, on foot**
**An understanding of mobile phone and App use**
**Hours of work are as follows**
**40 hrs per week, over five days, which may include weekends.**
Salary - £10.50 per hour rising to £11.50 for hours work worked after 6pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
