**Associate Recruitment Consultant - Finance**

**Hybrid Working - 3 days office/2 days home**

**Basic c. £25k,OTE c. £35-40k**

**Benefits includeCommission**:20% of everything billed over a £6k threshold

**Car allowance**:£5k upon hitting target (you only need to hit target once)

**Hours of work**: 8:30 - 6pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30 - 5pm on Friday - please note that they have a very flexible approach to working hours

**The Person**:

- Experience as a Resourcer, Associate Recruitment Consultant or strong sales background.
- Interest within the Finance sector
- Track record of achievement
- Good understanding of the recruitment role
- Drive and motivation to succeed in recruitment consultancy
- Excellent communicate skills, ability to listen, strong work ethic
- Enjoy working as part of a team

**The Role of an Associate Recruitment Consultant**:

- Working as part of the Finance team to support in a resourcing capacity
- To liaise with clients when required
- Learn market terminology
- Working to targets to earn commission
- Working in a collaborative environment
