**JOB PURPOSE**:
You will be multi skilled and trained in every aspect of the personalisation centre with understanding of process from start to finish.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Scan in & create worksheet; Scan the order onto SAP system and select monogram to generate worksheet
- Pre QC check; inspect the product checking dimensions (scarfs only), looking for faults & flaws in the fabric, check functional aspects (snap buttons, zippers), labels & the specifically the monogram area
- Monograming; Check the work sheet to confirm the letter combination & type required, setting and operating the machinery to conduct the monogram of initials
- Embroidery, scarfs, bandanna’s & ponchos
- Embossing, small leather & large leather goods
- Engraving, perfume bottles
- Application of crystals to scarfs
- Application of gold letters to Rucksacks
- Finishing; for scarfs and ponchos only; burning off thermogaze using the heat press and air bench
- Cleaning; removing excess thermogaze, trimming lose threads, cleaning chalk marks, brushing scarfs to remove impression marks, also carrying out any repairs required, adding stitch, replacing crystal
- Area of expertise will be assigned based on skills shown however will be flexible to change based on demand and work flow.
- Operative will be responsible for achieving personal KPI’s keeping a time sheet showing tasks worked.
- Will have to operative machinery and be responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of the machine assigned.
- Will be required to use SAP to locate stock and enter the warehouse to pick stock where necessary

**PERSONAL PROFILE**:

- Previous warehouse or production room experience (desired not essential)
- SAP knowledge, or other order management system (desired not essential)
- Previous experience working with Product
- Used to working in a fast paced environment
- Being part of a team
- Complying with rules and regulations
- Computer literate
- Good communicator
- Comfortable operating machinery
- Good attention to detail
- Eye for quality
- Understanding of the importance of health & safety
