The role:
- An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Liverpool City Council as a PSH Data and Intelligence Officer. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Enforcement Data and Intelligence Team (EDIT) by leading on data strategy, performance monitoring, and the development of intelligence systems to drive targeted housing enforcement
- In the role of PSH Data and Intelligence Officer, you will deliver high-quality data analysis, performance reporting, and system configuration to support intelligence-led enforcement, improve service outcomes, and ensure compliance with housing regulations. The role involves researching data, managing intelligence databases, developing performance frameworks, responding to FOI requests, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance service delivery
- The role of PSH Data and Intelligence Officer requires a proactive, analytical and technically skilled individual who can work independently, communicate effectively, and contribute to the continuous improvement of PSH services. A degree level qualification in IT integrated support systems operation or equivalent extensive experience is essential
