**The Opportunity**:
The Digital Product Platform (DPP) Procurement team is responsible for the creating and managing external commercial relationships that support Jaguar Land Rover’s product offerings withing the Digital and Electrical Hardware spaces. It is the key point of interface for major software, services and digital content providers as well as electrical hardware commodities.

Reporting to the Programme Procurement Manager as a Senior Business Coordinator you will have responsibility for the coordination and organisation of all Supplier Relationship Management. This role will see you lead the event organisation from start to finish as well as the process creation of supplier relationship management across Jaguar Land Rover’s wider procurement team. You will support and work closely with the buying teams, the supplier relationship owners as well as the senior stakeholders from across multiple functions.

The role requires a high level of interaction with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You will be accountable for the successful organisation of events and for developing and establishing a pipeline of future events and their contents.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Work with stakeholders, and suppliers to manage the organisation and coordination of events including executive meetings and Technical Roadmap sharing sessions.
- Work closely with the cross functional teams to ensure the appropriate event content is kept well up to date and applicable.
- Work to create bespoke content and approaches to match supplier and internal requirements.
- Work across Procurement to ensure the supplier relationship management process is rolled out effectively.
- Lead on the Global Electronic tech show visits such as Electronica or CES
- Maintain the Central Engagement Calendar across the Procurement function.
- Work closely cross functional to maintain the technology road map for DPP and ensure all Procurement stakeholders are kept up to speed.
- Support the business management team within DPP to manage headcount, internal communications (training, All Hands events) and team socials.

- Previous experience of relationship management
- Experience of collaboration and cross functional team working
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional personable skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills

**Desirable**
- Experience of events management
- Experience of process development
- Ability to deliver with urgency
- Ability to work with ambiguity
