Our client, one of the world’s largest luxury sports car manufacturers, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Co-ordinator to be based on site in Gaydon on a hybrid basis (2-3 days in the office).
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for adding vacancies to the recruitment system and job boards, managing the recruitment mailboxes, ensuring that all vacancies are kept up to date, organising interviews and supporting the recruitmentteam with all relevant projects.
Key responsibilities for the Recruitment Partner:

- Support the administration and co-ordination of the end to end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring process
- Manage the job postings process internally and externally in a timely and accurate manner ensuring quality control of information displayed and branding is up to date
- Maintain all recruitment folders with up to date documents such as interview templates and job descriptions
Key requirements of the Recruitment Coordinator:

- Strong time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Systems and process orientated
- Experience of using ATS systems
- Familiar with HR Administration & Recruitment Processes
- Onboarding experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel in particular)
