An opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Administrator.

With some solid HR administration experience, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a broad HR role in a small friendly team to develop their professional HR skills.

The job role will encompass but will not be limited to the following areas:

- Assisting with new starter process prior to joining and organise welcome meetings with the Management, run through documentation and queries.Manage probation periods and issue the relevant paperwork.
- Collating employee handbooks, contracts, new starter packs and creation of new employee files.
- Employee support
- Assisting on various HR Projects on an ad-hoc basis
- Assisting with the Leavers Process Maintaining and updating HR systems
- Preparing and issuing employment references including; mortgage and tenancy, employment confirmation and leavers.
- Assist with the security: DBS certifications and various other security and vetting elements
- To fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business

The hours will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and may involve travel to our regional offices.
