**Job Title**: Clinical Application Specialist - North West England
**Salary**: £35,000 - £45,000

Sales team and end-users in your territory along with Sysmex distributer Sales team members

Endomag are looking for driven team members to help us continue to deliver on our promise and play a critical role in improving patient care. The Clinical Application Specialist is a front-line support role, with an impact on patient lives, providing clinical reasoning, a deep understanding of the Endomag portfolio and improving our reach directly in the market.
**The purpose of the role**:
As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will be primarily supporting the Endomag (and currently Sysmex) Sales teams by; demonstrating our products, supporting installations and providing training/education on our products to customers in order to improve relationships and play a large part in the accelerated growth of the business. This role demands a keen interest in the clinical environment and passion for improving cancer care. Your impact will provide patients access to better treatment options. You will uncover new potential in the market while supporting our key customers. Working alongside experienced professionals will enable you to learn and improve your own career objectives.

**Key responsibilities and duties**:
- Through relevant training become an expert in the clinical & technical knowledge of breast cancer, the diagnostic procedures and therapies of the treatment pathway.
- Educate and support customers in all aspects of product use in line with their required needs both personally and virtually.
- Attend procedures at multiple sites, depending on customer expertise and as required by the Sales teams and clinicians.
- Perform high quality, high value product demonstrations and hand-over as required.
- Be responsible for the new customer training, evaluations and provide feedback as well as building and maintaining relationships in our market.
- Provide timely communication to users pre
- and post-training to ensure full usage of our products.
- Invest maximum time in the field to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify, and communicate internally, opportunities for business growth.
- Manage customer requirements effectively, and where appropriate improve/increase the scope of the product offering.
- Attend educational events and tradeshows to collect leads and improve market awareness.
- Support Sales activity in the validation of new leads.
**INDIVIDUAL SPECIFICATION**
**Qualifications**
Batchelor’s degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
**Experience and Knowledge**
- Interest or previous experience in the healthcare industry and a preferred knowledge within sales pathway and its processes.
- Ability to read, digest, evaluate, and communicate technical information (eg. academic papers) quickly and competently.
- High level of understanding of human physiology and surgical procedures.
- Experience within the operating room / theatre environment (not essential).
- Able to demonstrate sound business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills (confident and tactful), particularly when communicating with different groups of people.
- Strong presentation skills - ability to speak to individuals, small groups and larger audiences with varying skillsets.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Creative and inventive problem solver but focussed on quality and good practice.
- Ability to adapt easily to a changing work environment.
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask, work as a team and have a high degree of independence to work autonomously.
- High levels of loyalty, integrity, dependability and credibility
**Abilities and Skills**
- Experience within breast oncology (not essential).
- Travel frequently in the allocated territory/throughout the UK.
- Working alongside Sales team members to fulfil roles accordingly.
- Manage and use time efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent social skills with the ability to influence others at all levels.

- Valid driving license (a must have).
