**Salary**£30,000 - £35,000

**Location**Central London

**Working Style** 4 days on 4 days off (12 hours shift work)

**The Role**

To join the Retail Systems Service (RSS) Team who provide a first class support service for all the business' key Retail Systems - primarily with EPOS and related systems.

You will provide 7 day proactive and reactive support to ensure EPOS and related systems remain fully functioning at all times.

**Responsibilities**
- Install, fix and replace EPOS and related systems
- Build and configure EPOS and related systems
- Assist with the management of all monitoring systems tools and alerting mechanisms
- Investigate and find solutions to resolve incidents and requests assigned to the Retail Systems Services team.
- Collaborate with cross team focus groups to deliver solutions in line with business requirements
- Define, document and maintain best practices, standards and procedures
- Tracking ticket queues for support issues

**Responsibilities**
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Hands on knowledge of configuring and managing EPOS systems
- Experience working in fast paced environments
- Ability to be proactive and work under pressure
- Demonstratable customer facing IT support experience
- Understanding of computer hardware, data networks and device configuration
- Someone who comes with enthusiastic, hardworking
