**Position**: As an area sales manager, you’re responsible for the promotion and the selling of Sentinel’s solutions through the merchants, the installers, and the specifiers. Your main missions are the following: - Create, develop and maintain profitable sales volume and relationships with all customer sectors - Manage your business network between all the sector actors (merchants, local authorities, housing associations, direct labour organisations of HA/LA’s, plumbing contractors and subcontractors, private installers, housebuilders and developers, etc.) toensure the sales cycle - Negotiate, manage and maintain the pricing via agreed contracts - Develop and engage your network of national and independent merchants to maximise Sentinel sales - Build and maintain awareness of Sentinel’s offer by introducing new products and offering training and demonstrations - Identify OEM who have influence towards a customer’s Water Treatment program (i.e. Boiler Manufactures, Renewable equipment etc.) and engage and target joint business collaboration in shared customers to drive all sales - Coordinates the involvement of internal teams (support, service, supply-chain, account manager, etc.) to meet account performances objectives and customers’ expectations - Maintain knowledge & awareness of competitor product and services (i.e. value-added tools, NPD) in order to effectively account manage existing & targeted business Area covered: South London and Kent Benefits: - Premium company car + mobile phone + laptop + private health insurance + 25 days holiday + pension **Who are we looking for?** - You justify from a first work experience within the building sector (HVAC) in a sales position - You are curious and passionate - You are a highly self-persistent, work autonomously, empowered, dynamic and results-oriented - You should possess a high level of communication skills and be able to develop a strong report and trust level with our customers and with all the member of our team. - You’ve a qualification in sales, marketing or technical HVAC related **Who are we?** Sentinel was established in 1988, and is a global chemical water treatment specialist for residential and light commercial heating systems as well as domestic drinking water treatment, with representation in the UK, France, Benelux, Italy and Germany supportingcustomers across Europe, Asia and North America.
