Their company combines deep technical expertise with a strong heritage of quality, creativity, and customer focus.We're now looking to strengthen Gabriel-Chemie's UK commercial team with an experienced, proactive Area Sales Manager who can grow and nurture their customer relationships across the region.Job DescriptionAs the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales across the UK, managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and representing Gabriel-Chemie as a trusted technical partner. You will work closely with customers in packaging, plastics processing, manufacturing, and related industries to understand their needs and deliver solutions that support their operations.Key responsibilities include:Managing and expanding a portfolio of customers across the UKVisiting customers regularly to provide technical guidance and commercial supportIdentifying and converting new business opportunitiesPreparing quotations, proposals, and forecastsCollaborating with our technical and production teams across EuropeMonitoring market trends and competitor activityRepresenting GC at trade shows, events, and customer demonstrationsThe Successful ApplicantThe successful Area Sales Manager will be:-Experienced in B2B sales, ideally within plastics, chemicals, packaging, or manufacturingA strong relationship builder with excellent communication skillsComfortable managing a field-based role with regular travelCommercially sharp, proactive, and self-drivenAble to interpret technical information and discuss product performance confidentlyBe able to visit the offices in KentWhat's on OfferOn offer is a competitive base salary, plus package; as well as the opportunity to join an organisation that are renowned for their expertise and adopt a close knit, collaborative culture
