Support Worker

We're looking to hire passionate and caring **Waking Night Support Workers**. We can be flexible with shift working times, ideally starting work around 8pm, 9pm or 10pm and then finishing around 8am.

**Areas**: Horsham, Brighton, Worthing, Littlehampton and more. Please note, you will always work as close to home as possible :)

This isn't a typical Support Worker role. You'll be caring for people and having days out, trips and helping people experience extra curicular activites.

**Contract**: Permanent contract, full time and part time roles available

**Hours**:Waking nights between 8pm and 8am (we can be flexible and can discuss this at the interview)

**Pay**: £23,500 to £25,000 per year **plus** a £600 car allowance and 45p per mile paid to you.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
- Taking people out on day trips and extra curricular activitiers such as walking and cycling.
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
