Industria Personnel are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for assembly Operatives
Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for additional assembly/production operatives to join their manufacturing teams based in Hinckley on a temp-perm basis.
Working full time, 37.5 hours per week, the role will see you working predominately Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work(optional). They have vacancies on their day shift 08:00-16:00 and also on their afternoon shift 16:00-00:00
No prior experience or qualifications are necessary to join as a Production Operative, as full training will be provided to the successful applicant. Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment would be an advantage.
As a Production Operative, you will be expected to perform the following duties:
- Assembly of furniture components
- Operating machinery
- Undertake relevant training
- Adhere to Health and Safety rules and procedures
- Packaging and loading cages
- Maintain good housekeeping standards
Self-motivated, takes pride in their work and has good attention to detail. All whilst working as part of a dedicated team, creating fitted furniture using modern manufacturing machines.
Hourly Rate on AM: £10.10
Hourly Rate on PM: £11.00 rising to £11.99 after 12 weeks
